How to use this bowl-

Find a quiet place, set the bowl on its cushion.  Take a calming breath and gently strike the edge of the bowl with the wooden mallet. Relax, focus on the resonating sound, and bring your awareness to the chakra symbol.  Chant the Chakra mantra and meditate on the affirmation.  Rest in this tranquil moment, and repeat as needed.

    Heart chakra singing bowl

    It's so little! I am happy with the tone of it, though. It's silly how little the bowl is. But, it's a nice addition to a yoga or meditation class. You just have to strike and hold it a certain way to get the true tone.

    Small but Mighty

    This bowl is smaller than the palm of my hand and I have small hands. It makes a fantastic sound though. I plan on using it in my future classroom. It’ll be great because they’re kids and it will fit in their hands perfectly.

    Sleeve length measured center back of neck to end of sleeve.

  • 2 Chest / Bust

    Measure at the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.

  • 3 Waist

    Measure at the smallest part of your waist. This is usually below the rib cage and above the hip bone.

  • 4 Hip

    Measure at the fullest part of your seat, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.

  • 5 Outseam (Garment Measurement)

    Measured from top of the waistband to the hemline.

  • 6 Inseam (Garment Measurement)
