This unique, one-of-a-kind amethyst mala features traditional counters made from precious amber with a silver-plated guru bead and quartz crystal beaded tassel.  The guru bead is decorated with the eight auspicious symbols from Tibetan Buddhism - the conch shell, umbrella, banner, fish, dharma wheel, eternal knot, lotus flower and vase of treasure.  Prayer malas are used by Buddhists around the world, especially in Tibet, Nepal and India.  Malas are traditionally worn on the left wrist while not in use.  

Amethyst - Believed to have powers that stimulate and sooth the mind and emotions. Amethyst carries the energy of fire and passion as well as creativity and spirituality.

How To Measure

  • 1 Sleeve (Garment Measurement)

    Sleeve length measured center back of neck to end of sleeve.

  • 2 Chest / Bust

    Measure at the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.

  • 3 Waist

    Measure at the smallest part of your waist. This is usually below the rib cage and above the hip bone.

  • 4 Hip

    Measure at the fullest part of your seat, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.

  • 5 Outseam (Garment Measurement)

    Measured from top of the waistband to the hemline.

  • 6 Inseam (Garment Measurement)

    Measured from the crotch of pants down to the hem of the pants leg.
